Description:
Enviroprint Blanket and Roller Wash is a revolutionary new, low
toxicity, water miscible blanket and 'one step' roller wash, containing
natural solvent combined in a unique formulation with biodegradable
surfactants Will rapidly destroy; Ink, Dirt, Paper Lint and Gum. 'Enviroprint'
may also be used as dampener wash to thoroughly clean dampener rollers.

drastically reduces the amount of solution needed to wash up and
actively works more effectively if less material is used, resulting in a
highly cost effective solution.

will rapidly remove gum glaze, paper coatings, spray powder and ink
resins resulting in excellent ink transfer and truer dot reproduction.
It may also be used in automatic wash up systems and is excellent
for maintenance cleaning of rollers.

P.R. SOLUTION

alternatives', it is worthwhile considering just what benefits this
environmentally safe blanket wash has to offer over some of the more
conventional and hazardous products currently on the market.
General Cleaning Instructions
Wash Up Procedures
For the best results apply Enviroprint P.R. Roller and Blanket Wash using
a spray bottle. The following
are some recommendations to achieve the best results.
Wash up
Procedures:
1. Use neat
or dilute up to 50% with water to remove gum, lint, paper dust etc.
2. Apply
Enviroprint evenly across rollers and allow to work through roller train.
Continue until rollers appear clean.
3. DON'T OVERUSE IT - There has been a tendency by many press operators to
use the Enviroprint Roller Wash in the same manner they would use an
evaporative solvent wash. This can cause the rollers to slip.
BLANKET WASH
With the blanket it has to be remembered that the Enviroprint Wash is much
slower to evaporate, therefore the "use less principal" applies again.
Follow with a dry cloth after washing.
