Our suppliers are
'Quality Assured' in
accordance with the Australian Standards requirements which enables us
registration through proving our eligibility.
We have now prepared our operational manuals and documentation,
and have recently undergone our second audit and are well on the way to
achieving our accreditation under AS/NZS ISO 9002.
We retain a sample from every batch
manufactured and pass this through a 'U.V. Spectrophotometer' to ensure
uniformity is achieved.
Charts are available at any time for your reference.
All materials are checked before use to ensure that the standard
high quality is maintained.
Only premium grade materials are used to
manufacture all Chemicals, with no
recycled solvent or
second grade raw materials
ever being used.
Average batch size produced is 8,000 litres
and this is either stored in bulk awaiting packing, or alternatively, is
packed straight off.
'62C' has an indefinite storage life and
will not 'phase out' or 'separate' in storage.
